Ingredients
Tomatoes 400 g
Green onions 2
Parsley 4 sprigs
Dill 4 sprigs
Garlic 1 clove
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Curry 1/4 tsp
Lemon zest 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Red wine vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Cut the tomatoes in half crosswise. Remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
Finely chop the herbs.
In a bowl, combine the vinegar and olive oil.
Place the chopped tomatoes, herbs, lemon zest, finely chopped garlic, cumin, and curry in a salad bowl. Add the dressing, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir.
