Ingredients
Lettuce 1/2 head
Tomato 2
Cucumber 1/2
Green bell pepper 2
Onion 2
Feta cheese 200g
Olives 100g
For the marinade:
Wine vinegar 3 tbsp
Salt
Ground black pepper
Allspice 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Separate the lettuce leaves, wash, dry, and tear into pieces. Wash the tomatoes, core them, and cut them into thin slices. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, quarter it lengthwise, and then dice it.
Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and membranes, and cut into thin strips. Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Slice or crumble the feta cheese.
To prepare the marinade, combine the vinegar with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Once the salt has dissolved, add the olive oil and mix well.
Place all ingredients except the cheese in a bowl. Add the olives, pour in the marinade, and mix well. Then sprinkle the cheese over the salad and serve.
