Ingredients
250g smoked red fish
300g shrimp
100g cheese
4 eggs
100g olives
1 package cherry tomatoes
lemon
sour cream
spices
herbs
mayonnaise
mustard
Boil the eggs and chop finely. Set aside 1 egg for garnish. Grate the cheese. Cut the olives and shrimp into small pieces. If the shrimp are small, do not chop them. Prepare the sauce: equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon mustard.
Mix the cheese, eggs, shrimp, olives, chopped tomatoes with the sauce. Spoon onto a platter to form a fish. Thinly slice the red fish and surround the formed fish with thin slices. Shape the fins.
Cut the egg white and olives into thin strips and arrange them on the fish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with lemon, onion, olives, and tomatoes.
