1 bunch radishes
1/4 cup parsley
Parmesan cheese
Dressing:
3 anchovies
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon juice
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
In a salad bowl, combine quartered radishes, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Mix all dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
