Tashkent-Style Salad



Ingredients
2 onions
1 green radish
350 g beef
2 eggs
Ground black pepper to taste
3 tbsp sour cream

First, grate the radish and soak it in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. It's best to use a Korean carrot grater and cover the radish with a lid.

Cut the onion into half rings and fry until golden brown. Cut the beef into strips and the eggs into slices. Drain the radish, mix all ingredients, add black pepper to taste, and season with sour cream or mayonnaise.
