Shrimp and Arugula Salad



Ingredients
Shrimp 150g
Avocado 50g
Arugula 50g
Parmesan Cheese 10g
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Olive Oil 2 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Salt
Pepper

Peel and rub the shrimp with a sliced garlic clove, season with salt, and quickly fry in 1 tsp of oil. Combine the arugula, avocado, Parmesan, and shrimp and season with lemon juice and 1 tsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
