Lettuce with apple, cranberry and blue cheese



300 g lettuce mix,
3 medium sweet apples,
1/2 lemon juice,
1 cup walnuts,
3/4 cup dried cranberry,
100 g blue blue cheese
apple-honey dressing

0.5 cup oil,
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar,
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice,
2-3 tablespoons of honey,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
salt, black pepper
Combine the dressing ingredients and whisk vigorously with a whisk or mix for a while. Cut the apples into thin slices and pour lemon juice so that they do not darken. Finely crush blue cheese or grate on large grater eyes. In a large salad bowl, mix all the ingredients with lettuce and pour over the dressing.
