Line the baking tray out of the oven with baking paper. Sift the flour with the powder into a bowl. We mix eggs together with sugars until light and fluffy. We add pieces of soft butter and mix. Then pour in dry ingredients and mix only to combine. Peel and cut the apples into small pieces. We add to the dough and mix. We take a spoonful of dough and put it on a baking tray at intervals from each other. We do not form cookies, only put them in a spoon. We bake at 175 C for about 20 minutes. to light browning. We serve powdered with powdered sugar.
