meatballs in mushroom and pepper sauce - ingredients:
0.5 kg of minced meat,
1 stale roll,
1 egg,
1 bunch of chives,
1 teaspoon dried thyme,
0.5 kg of forest mushrooms,
1 onion,
1 green pepper,
3 tablespoons of tomato paste,
3 tablespoons of ground sweet pepper,
3 tablespoons of cream (optional),
2 tablespoons of oil,
salt, pepper or hot pepper
meatballs in mushroom and paprika sauce - recipe:
Soak the roll half an hour before making meatballs. Chop the chives finely. Mix it with minced meat, egg, impressed roll and thyme. Make it well and season with salt and pepper. Shape your small meatballs with wet hands. Dice mushrooms, onions and peppers. Fry onion in oil, remove from heat and when the fat stops boiling, add ground paprika and tomato paste. Slowly start heating again. After 2 minutes, add fresh pepper, water with a glass of water and simmer covered 15-20 minutes. Put the meatballs and mushrooms in the sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes. If the mushrooms do not release enough water, water half a glass of boiling water. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Mix the cream with a little salt and harden with a few spoons of hot sauce, then pour into a saucepan. Mix, heat, but do not cook.
