½ cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup sliced cucumber
½ red bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil

👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt,
and pepper. Grill or cook in a skillet over medium heat
6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Finish with a
squeeze of lemon juice.
2️⃣ Prepare the Veggies
Lightly steam the broccoli and carrots for 3–4 minutes
until tender-crisp. Combine with cherry tomatoes,
cucumber, and bell pepper.
3️⃣ Season the Plate
Drizzle vegetables with olive oil and season lightly with
salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Serve
Slice the grilled chicken and place it beside the colorful
veggie mix for a clean, vibrant, and nutritious meal
