Parmesan Crusted Shrimp Sliders

 


馃洅 Ingredients

馃崵 Parmesan Shrimp


1 lb (450g) shrimp (peeled & deveined)


½ cup panko breadcrumbs


½ cup grated Parmesan 馃


¼ cup flour


1 egg (beaten)


1 tsp garlic powder


½ tsp paprika


Salt & pepper


Cooking spray or olive oil


馃ガ Caesar Slaw


2 cups chopped romaine lettuce 馃ガ


¼ cup shredded cabbage (optional crunch)


2 tbsp Caesar dressing


1 tbsp lemon juice 馃崑


2 tbsp grated Parmesan


馃 Garlic Aioli


½ cup mayo


2 cloves garlic (minced) 馃


1 tsp lemon juice


Pinch of salt


馃崬 For Serving


Slider buns (toasted)


馃懆‍馃嵆 Instructions

馃敟 1. Bake the Shrimp


Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).


Mix panko + Parmesan + garlic powder + paprika + salt &

pepper.


Coat shrimp: flour → egg → Parmesan mixture.


Place on a lined sheet pan, spray lightly with oil.


Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.


馃ガ 2. Make the Caesar Slaw


Toss romaine, cabbage, Caesar dressing, lemon juice,

and Parmesan.

馃憠 Crisp, tangy, and full of flavor.


馃 3. Garlic Aioli


Mix mayo, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth and

rich.


馃崝 Assemble the Sliders


Toast slider buns


Add crispy Parmesan shrimp 馃崵


Top with Caesar slaw 馃ガ


Drizzle garlic aioli generously 馃
