📝 Ingredients
For the Salmon
1 salmon fillet
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Egg
1–2 eggs
1 tsp butter
For the Greens
2 cups spinach or kale
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of salt and pepper
Optional Garnish
Lemon wedges
Red pepper flakes
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Salmon
Season salmon with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and
pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and
cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until flaky and golden.
2️⃣ Sauté the Greens
In another pan heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 30
seconds. Add spinach or kale and cook 2–3 minutes until
wilted. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Fry the Egg
Melt butter in a small skillet and crack the egg into the
pan. Cook 2–3 minutes until the whites are set but the
yolk remains runny.
4️⃣ Assemble the Plate
Place sautéed greens on the plate, add the salmon fillet,
and top with the sunny-side egg.
5️⃣ Serve
Finish with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of red
pepper flakes if desired.
