📝 Ingredients
For the Chicken
1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts, thinly sliced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
For the Korean-Style Sauce
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
For the Wraps
10–12 large lettuce leaves (butter lettuce or romaine)
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Optional Garnish
Fresh cilantro
Lime wedges
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar,
sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add sliced chicken and
toss to coat. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes if possible.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the marinated chicken 6–8 minutes, stirring
occasionally until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
3️⃣ Prepare the Wraps
Lay lettuce leaves on a plate and fill with the spicy
chicken.
4️⃣ Add Fresh Veggies
Top with shredded carrots, cucumber slices, and green
onions.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately for a
bold, spicy, and refreshing wrap.
