Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250g) cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup (120g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (8 oz / 226g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) melted butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet
with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella
cheese, cream cheese, and garlic powder until well
mixed.
3. Separate the crescent dough into triangles. Place a
spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each
triangle and roll up tightly.
4. Place the rolled crescent rolls on the prepared baking
sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden
finish.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are golden
brown and cooked through.
6. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
