Impromptu Salad



Ingredients
4 eggs
2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
300 g pork
2 bunches lettuce
100 g white croutons
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt

Cut the meat into thin strips and fry with salt and spices. Boil the eggs and cut them into medium-sized cubes.

Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers in the same manner, but not too finely. Tear the lettuce leaves by hand. Dress the meat, egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce with mayonnaise, adding salt to taste.

Add the croutons just before serving and mix everything again.
