Ingredients
4 apples
1 beet
celery (root)
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp horseradish
dill
salt
sugar
vegetable oil
Wash the apples and remove the cores and seeds (do not cut all the way through!).
Prepare the filling: Wash and peel the beets and celery. Grate the beets finely and the celery coarsely. Crush the nuts. Chop the dill. Combine the beets and celery, drizzle with juice, add horseradish, nuts, and dill, season with salt, sugar, and oil, and mix well.
Fill the apples with the prepared filling. Bake the apples in the oven.
