Stuffed Crab Sticks in Batter

Ingredients
Crab sticks 200 g
Cheese 250 g
Garlic 4 cloves
Milk 140 ml
Eggs 2
Flour 100 g
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Parsley to taste
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil

Grate the cheese. Wash, peel, and press 2 garlic cloves through a garlic press. Then add a little mayonnaise and mix everything together. Carefully unwrap the crab sticks, add the filling, and roll them into a stick, returning them to their original shape.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and refrigerate. Mash the yolks with salt. Then pour the milk into the yolks and lightly whisk. Next, gradually add the flour and knead the dough. Beat the chilled egg whites until stiff and add to the batter. Gently stir and coat the cooked crab sticks.

Heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan and fry the crab sticks. Carefully remove the fried crab sticks from the oil and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Wash, peel, and crush the remaining garlic. Wash, dry, and chop the herbs. Then combine everything, add sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

To serve, place the cooked crab sticks in the batter on a plate and drizzle with the prepared sauce.

Enjoy!
