Ingredients
Butter
8 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1 bunch Parsley
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
100 g Potatoes
100 g Sausages
70 g Cheese
Start by greasing a muffin tin with butter.
Crack 8 eggs into a large measuring cup.
Add salt and black pepper...
...milk...
Finely chop the parsley.
Mix it with the rest of the mixture. Whisk all ingredients together.
Add the chopped sausages and potatoes, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 185°C (355°F) for 10-13 minutes.
The eggs will rise, like a soufflé omelet, but will settle once they cool slightly. Serve with ketchup, for example.
