Crab Sticks
Grate the cheese and egg in a two-to-one ratio. Add the garlic and season with mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly until a very thick, uniform consistency is achieved.
Roll the mixture into small round balls, approximately three centimeters in diameter. Place an olive inside each ball. Roll the ball carefully so that it doesn't fall apart.
Then finely chop the crab sticks (grate them on a fine grater or use a blender).
Roll the formed balls in crab stick shavings.
Serve on a flat plate, carefully arranging the cooked balls so that all the shavings remain on top of the dish, not on the edges. Garnish with the remaining olives.
