Ingredients
Brie Cheese 200 g
Vegetable Oil 100 ml
Flour 70 g
Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
Egg 1 piece
Cut the cheese into medium-sized pieces. Dip each piece first in a beaten egg, then in flour, then in the egg again, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Double breading prevents the cheese from leaking during frying. You can deep-fry the cheese or simply fry it in a frying pan with plenty of vegetable oil. Before serving, place the pieces of cheese on a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
