Ingredients
500 g shrimp
4-5 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp paprika
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp dry white wine
Pepper to taste
Parsley
1 lemon
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Sauté the chopped garlic with red pepper flakes and paprika (cook for about a minute, until fragrant).
Increase the heat, add the peeled shrimp, pour in the lemon juice and white wine, stir, and cook until the shrimp turn pink and orange and are cooked through (3-5 minutes).
Season with salt and pepper. Serve with parsley.
