salmon baked under aioli sauce
6 bells of salmon, 10 dkg each,
salt, black pepper,
3/4 cup aioli sauce,
0.5 cups of sour cream,
a handful of fresh herbs: dill, parsley, chives,
1 lemon
aioli based on ready-made mayonnaise:
2 garlic cloves,
3/4 cup mayonnaise,
pinch of salt,
1 teaspoon lemon zest
prepare the sauce - squeeze the garlic into the mayonnaise, add lemon zest and possibly a little salt. Mix the sauce with cream and chopped herbs. season with salt and pepper. Scrape salmon *. ring the fish lightly with salt and sprinkle with pepper. Arrange in a shallow baking dish. top the sauce. put in preheated oven to 175 degrees C, bake 20-25 minutes. Serve with lemon cut into eighths, each of which sprinkles its own piece of fish.
* very often it happens that the fish sold cut into the bell is not scraped. I do not know what this is dictated, because such scratches are terrible.
