Ingredients
200 g Cauliflower
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 bunch Arugula
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
60 g Goat cheese
Salt
Pepper
Braise the cauliflower in the oven. Cool and place in a salad bowl. Pour the mustard and lemon juice dressing over it and toss. Add the arugula and goat cheese. Sprinkle with seeds. Serve.
