Canned tuna 300g
Long loaf 200g
Eggs 3
Carrots 150g
Onions 100g
Salt
Mayonnaise
Vegetable oil
Finely chop the onion. If using a bitter onion, soak it in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain and rinse the onion in cold water. Dice the loaf. Fry the loaf in vegetable oil until golden brown. Finely grate the carrots (raw). Coarsely grate the eggs. Drain the fish and mash it with a fork. Mix the croutons, onion, eggs, carrots, and fish, and season with salt to taste. Season with mayonnaise.
