Raffaello Salad



Ingredients
Chicken (fillet) 500 g
Eggs 6
Cheese 200 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Onion 1
Mayonnaise

Finely chop the chicken fillet and fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place on the bottom of a serving dish and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise. Cut the marinated onion into half rings and place on top of the chicken, spreading a thin layer of mayonnaise. Boil the eggs, cut in half, remove the yolks, mash with a fork, mix with garlic and mayonnaise, and return them to the whites. Place on top of the onions. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
