Ingredients
4 lasagna sheets
5 asparagus stalks
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp garlic
Green onion
Gorgonzola cheese
Parsley
Crispy asparagus lasagna may seem a little strange at first, but it's a delicious vegetable dish.
Grill the asparagus. Mix the ricotta with garlic and season with salt and pepper. Boil the lasagna sheets, then fry them in a fluted pan. Layer the lasagna sheets, cheese, asparagus, and peas.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or grill. Sprinkle with green onions, parsley, and Gorgonzola cheese.
