Ingredients
Tomato 500 g
Red chili pepper 1
Garlic 3 cloves
Olive oil 30 ml
Capers 30 g
Anchovies 50 g
Olives 100 g
Spaghetti 500 g
Salt 1 tsp
Peel and seed the tomatoes and chop finely. The pepper seeds will almost automatically be removed, so all that's left is to slice them into thin half rings (be careful with the peppers if you have a difficult relationship with hot peppers). Peel and chop the garlic.
Now heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic briefly, about a minute, to prevent it from browning. Add the peppers, capers, chopped anchovies, and chopped olives. Simmer all these wonderful ingredients together for 2-3 minutes.
Now all that's left is to add the tomatoes. Simmer again, this time for about 20-30 minutes (until the sauce thickens). No need to add salt or pepper. The sauce already contains everything it needs.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water and toss with the sauce.
