Ingredients
Potatoes 1000 g
Garlic 4 cloves
Mozzarella cheese 110 g
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a rectangular baking dish with olive oil or butter. Boil the potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender (so they are soft).
Meanwhile, mix the breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons of grated hard cheese. Drain the potatoes and mash them with the garlic in the same pan they were boiled in. Add the milk and butter, grated mozzarella, and remaining hard cheese.
Stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the puree into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the breadcrumb-cheese mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
