Ingredients
Spaghetti 100g
Bell pepper 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Onion 1
Shrimp 200g
Feta cheese 50g
Basil 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Dill
Chop the garlic. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Halve the pepper, remove the seeds, and dice.
Place the garlic and onion in a preheated frying pan with olive oil and cook for 3-5 minutes, until translucent. Add the pepper and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until soft. Boil the shrimp and add to the vegetables. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add the basil and pepper, stir gently, and remove from heat.
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Add the cooked pasta to the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, if needed. Serve with crumbled feta and dill.
