Ingredients
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Bulgur 300 g
Chicken 1000 g
Onion 2
Red bell pepper 1
Tomato 1
Salt
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Add the bulgur and mix thoroughly. Pour in 3 cups of hot water, cover, and cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil in a separate frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and membranes, and cut into strips. Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices. Add the vegetables to the chicken, season with salt to taste, and simmer until tender (about 20 minutes).
To serve, place a small amount of bulgur on each plate, then top with the chicken and vegetables.
