Ingredients
Potatoes 6
Olive oil 50 ml
Onion 1
Bacon 100 g
Dry white wine 125 ml
Cream 100 ml
Adyghe cheese 250 g
Thyme
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and bacon over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Pour in the wine and leave the potatoes in until it has been absorbed (2-3 minutes).
Once the potatoes are in the pan, cook for 10-15 minutes until soft, then season to taste. Pour in the cream, cook for another minute, and remove from the heat.
Place half the fried potatoes in a baking dish, layer with grated cheese (exactly half), and then add another layer of grated cheese. Bake until golden brown, the cheese is bubbling, and the potatoes are cooked through (30-45 minutes). Serve hot.
