Ingredients
Shrimp 250 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Ground ginger 2 tsp
Yellow bell pepper 1
Green bell pepper 1
Red bell pepper 1
Carrot 1
Green onion 5 stalks
Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Udon Noodles 400 g
Defrost the shrimp, wash, and drain in a sieve. Finely chop the garlic. Peel the carrots and peppers and cut into long thin strips. Coarsely chop the green onions.
Heat a wok. Pour in the vegetable oil. Quickly fry the garlic and ginger. Add the shrimp and fry for about 1 minute. Add the sauces, carrots, and peppers and sauté for about a minute. Add the udon noodles and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.
