Ingredients
Bread loaf
Lightly salted red fish
Butter
Tomato
Olives
Parsley
Remove the bones and skin from the red fish and cut into thin slices. Take a loaf of bread and cut each slice in half.
Butter each half of the slice. Place a piece of red fish on top. Take the tomatoes and cut them in half. Do not cut each half all the way through, to create the wings of the ladybug.
Make the head of the ladybug using an olive cut in half. Make spots for the ladybug using finely chopped olive pieces.
Place the ladybugs on the red fish and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
