Cream cheese
Pepperoni 60 g
Green chili pepper 1
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Cheese 1/2 cup
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary 1 sprig
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and roast the almonds for about 20 minutes on a baking sheet. Mash the cream cheese in a bowl with a fork, then add the chopped pepperoni, pepperoni, and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight.
Divide the cheese mixture in two and form it into a pine cone shape. Garnish the cheese balls with toasted almonds, securing them with the blunt end down.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Serve with crackers.
