Ingredients
2 cans of sardines in oil
3 tomatoes
6 slices of loaf
3 tablespoons of butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Herbs
Slice the tomatoes. Remove the sardines from the oil. Place the tomato slices on buttered bread. Arrange the sardines on top.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolk, mayonnaise, and mustard together. Combine with the whites.
Spread the mixture over the sardines. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Serve immediately.
