Ingredients
Cold-smoked salmon 200g
Mozzarella cheese 150g
Baguette 1 pc
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Green onion 2 tbsp
Slice the bread and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven until crisp. Top each baguette with a slice of mozzarella and salmon (size of your choice).
In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Drizzle each sandwich with this mixture, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve.
