Ingredients
Pork (tenderloin) 1000 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 3 heads
Tomatoes 2
Tzatziki Sauce
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Lemon 1
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Flatbread
Thinly slice the meat, season with salt and pepper, and fry in a Teflon pan with olive oil and garlic until golden brown. For a healthier option, grill.
Dry with lemon and sprinkle with oregano. Now fill the rolled flatbreads with slices of cooked meat, fresh tomato, onion, and tzatziki.
