Shrimp Jellied



Ingredients
500 g shrimp
2 cups fish broth
30 g gelatin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 bunch green onions
Salt
Pepper

Soak the gelatin in boiling water for 30 minutes. Boil the shrimp in salted water and peel them. Cut the green onions into 3-4 cm long pieces. Dissolve half the gelatin in the prepared fish broth, season to taste, and strain.

Dissolve the remaining gelatin in a small amount of water and add soy sauce and spices to taste. Pour the fish broth into molds to a depth of 2-3 cm, add the green onion pieces, and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

 Then, place the shrimp on top of the fish jelly, pour in the remaining fish broth, and let cool. Once the fish jelly has set, pour in the soy jelly. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until completely set. When serving, garnish with fresh vegetable wedges, lemon, or lime.
