Sour cream
Chop the herbs, mix with the cheese or feta cheese, season with pepper, and add salt if the cheese is bland.
Grease the edges of the flatbread with sour cream.
Place the filling on one half.
Fold the other end of the flatbread over the edges, pressing them together to form a "cheburek." After the pies have rested for a while, the edges will stick.
Fry the pies in a heavy-bottomed frying pan, covered with a lid; do not grease them.
When the pies are browned on both sides, brush with sour cream and stack them.
