Mash the Camembert cheese and mix with finely chopped green onions, whipped butter, caraway seeds, and pepper. Using a pastry bag with a fluted tip, pipe the cheese mixture onto the crackers to form a mound. Sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with a piece of bell pepper, olive rings, and parsley leaves.
