4 sausages
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
6 eggs
1/3 cup milk
100 g mozzarella cheese
Salt

Basil
Slice the sausages into thin slices. Fry in a buttered frying pan until golden brown. Then add finely chopped onion and garlic. Fry until soft.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the pan. Cover and cook over low heat for 7-10 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle the eggs with grated cheese, cover again, and let them rest for 2-4 minutes. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil. Serve hot.
