Ingredients
Dutch cheese
Lemon
Herbs
Honey
100 ml olive oil
Juice one lemon. Add your favorite herbs or greens (in the photo: basil, half a chili pepper, lemon zest), olive oil, and honey. Mix everything in a jar, shaking.
Cut the cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
Pour into the jar, cover with the marinade, and let sit for a few days.
Can be used as a wonderful appetizer, an unusual ingredient for canapés, a salad topping, or even as a salad dressing with the leftover marinade.
