1 chicken (ham)
1 cucumber
1 tomato
100 g cabbage
100 g carrots
mayonnaise to taste

Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Grate the carrots. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Cut the cucumber into circles. Finely chop the herbs.
Separate the meat from the bone, cut into small pieces, and fry in vegetable oil. Cut the lavash into 2 equal pieces.
Arrange the filling in rows along the edge of the lavash, folding the tip over to prevent the contents from falling out: meat, carrots, herbs, ketchup, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. Carefully roll the lavash. Fry in a frying pan on both sides over low heat for about 5 minutes.
