Banana Caramel Roulade 🍌🍯

 



Ingredients:


For the Sponge:

- 4 large eggs, separated

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed


For the Filling:

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce

- 1 banana, sliced (for garnish)


Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet

with parchment paper.

2. Beat egg yolks and sugar until pale and fluffy. Fold in

mashed bananas.

3. Sift dry ingredients and fold into banana mixture until

combined.

4. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold into the

batter.

5. Spread batter on the prepared sheet and bake for

12-15 minutes. Cool on a towel.

6. Whip the cream and fold in caramel sauce.

7. Unroll cooled sponge, spread with cream filling, roll it

up, and garnish with banana slices and caramel.
