Pistachio Cake with White Chocolate 🍰💚🤍

 



Ingredients:  


**For the Cake:**  

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour  

- 1 teaspoon baking powder  

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda  

- 1/2 teaspoon salt  

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened  

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar  

- 2 large eggs  

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

- 1/2 cup buttermilk  

- 1/2 cup finely ground pistachios  


**For the White Chocolate Ganache:**  

- 1/2 cup heavy cream  

- 4 oz (115g) white chocolate, chopped  


**For Garnish:**  

- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios  


Directions:  


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake

pan.  

2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda,

and salt.  

3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add

eggs and vanilla, then mix in buttermilk and ground

pistachios.  

4. Fold in dry ingredients until combined. Pour batter into

the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.  

5. For the ganache, heat heavy cream, then pour over

white chocolate. Stir until smooth.  

6. Spread ganache over the cooled cake and sprinkle with

chopped pistachios.
