Raspberry No-Bake Brownie 🍫🍇

 



Ingredients:

- 1½ cups of pitted dates 🌴

- 1 cup of raw almonds 🌰

- ½ cup of walnuts 🥜

- ⅓ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 🌿

- ¼ teaspoon of salt 🧂

- 1 cup of fresh raspberries 🍇

- ¼ cup of shredded coconut 🥥 (optional for garnish)


Directions:

Begin by placing the pitted dates, almonds, and walnuts

into a food processor; pulse until finely chopped and well

combined. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and

salt, and continue processing until the mixture forms a

sticky dough. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with

parchment paper and press the dough evenly into the

bottom. Next, gently press the fresh raspberries into the

surface of the brownie mixture, ensuring they're evenly

distributed. For an optional touch, sprinkle shredded

coconut over the top. Refrigerate the no-bake brownie for

at least 1 hour to allow it to set before cutting into

squares and serving.
