Mango Crumble Mousse 🍰🥭

 



Ingredients:

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced 🥭

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream 🥛

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar 🍚

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿

- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers 🍪

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 🧈

- A pinch of salt 🧂

- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional) 🌱


Directions:

Begin by preparing the mango puree. In a blender,

combine the diced mangoes and blend until smooth and

creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with

the sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream,

creating a luscious mousse. For the crumble, mix the

crushed graham crackers with melted butter and a pinch

of salt. Layer the mango mousse and crumble in serving

glasses, alternating between the two, and finish with a

layer of crumble. Chill the mousses in the refrigerator for

at least 1 hour to set. Just before serving, garnish with

fresh mint leaves for a burst of color and aroma.
