1 Lavash
3 Red Bell Peppers
3 Carrots
1/2 Cabbage
Parsley
Lemon Juice
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable Oil
Cut the carrots, cabbage, and red pepper into strips. Add finely chopped parsley or dill. Sprinkle the vegetables with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then roll them into thin lavash rolls. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil and lightly fry each roll on both sides for a few minutes.
