2 Sausages
Vegetable Oil
Salt
Pepper
2 Lettuce Leaves
Cut the sausage in half lengthwise, leaving the end uncut. Unfold the halves and carefully secure them with a wooden toothpick.
Place the sausage in a preheated frying pan with oil, lightly fry on one side, and flip.
Crack an egg into the center of the sausage heart, season with salt and pepper, and fry until the eggs are cooked through. Place on a plate with lettuce leaves, remove the toothpick, and serve.
