Me: Balls?... I'm sitting in my room... but the balls are shiny!

H: Shiny balls, come on. You must like those balls, right?

Me: Well... I don't know... because this is the first time, they appeared like this... they spin... one around the other... They're interesting!... I like them.

H: Interesting. Where are those balls?

Me: Aaaah... no... they're spinning about 30-40 cm above the floor, one larger, the other smaller... The toys are on the floor beneath them, a little lower. (While I was playing, two glowing balls appeared in the room, a yellow-orange light. I had the impression they were buzzing slightly, or maybe it was because they were hollowing out on their own, as if they had a lot of energy inside them. A large, shiny ball, the size of a large grapefruit, was hanging in the air and spinning on its axis, and next to it, like a moon-satellite, was another one, the size of an orange. It was also pulsating and spinning.)

H: That's interesting...

Me: This!... I'll touch it!... pleasant... hmmm... Now they have to disappear quickly! Because Mom is coming into the room. They can't be seen now. No... they've melted... they've hidden themselves... but okay. (I reach out to touch it, it's pleasant, not hot. When Mom enters the room, the balls quickly fly away to the corner near the ceiling, and I have the impression that they become transparent, invisible, but they're still there.)Another note about this phenomenon being present in my incarnations, but I wouldn't want to elaborate on that or share it publicly. I'll leave it for you to see.

There is also a description of one of the previous incarnations:

Me: Well, to connect... it wasn't possible before, but now it is... and I understand... I didn't see that incarnation and I said then (during the previous LBL session with Ms. Iwona) that I didn't want to see it, because it was too early... it wasn't possible... because... it was a big responsibility... the body wouldn't be able to handle that knowledge (then)... that the body had to be slowly prepared for it... well, yes, because it wasn't like I was forced into that incarnation... I volunteered there, that I would go and do it myself.

H: What is it?

Me: Well, I'll go there to Earth to connect it... to give it all the energies... so that faith... I have to gather it, I... then, as we were walking... I'll gather it together like a transmitter... I'll gather it... The Source... and so the Jumper on the side has to lift it, hold it, and move it away... The Source from above... Metor (my Guide) will give me a signal... and then... I'll connect it, but I won't know it then as a body, my consciousness won't be as big on Earth as it is now, because I'll perceive it differently, but it will be like I'll strike... it's like this. At first, there's a lot of uncertainty, a lot of doubt that it won't work, that it was all untrue... But later... and I understand why I have to do it there... I'll strike like this... the waters will rise... like this... okay... let it pull, pull! Pull all at once! All together.H: I understand you are talking about some processes?

Me: No... it's physically happening here. On Earth. The water has to rise so you can cross. But then... one, two, three, four. Four... they appeared. There's Jumper! They'll be pulling from the outer water... to pull the water evenly... it's something to do with gravity... I don't know exactly what it is... but they know. And here the Source from above will be crashing down along with me. Metor is my support, standing behind me (but you can't see him physically, he's in spiritual form)... But I gave the signal!... It rose!... There it is!... A big bang! Terrible! People are terribly afraid. "Don't be afraid!" I call to them.

H: What is happening?

Me: Well, the water has risen! It'll spread out vertically a bit... so people will pass... they will pass... but we have to back up... back up like this... I have to get on the horse... and we'll stand here and if necessary, we'll defend them. "Who's with me?!" It's good that he's here!... Oh! I knew it was like this... the horse is standing next to him... he told me it would be like this... that he's here to defend me... this is the second time it's happened now... I mean, he often comes to Earth with me to defend me... so that nothing happens to me... and he says so, and it really is so... the consciousness on Earth has such...

H: Who is that?

Me: It's... It's... Tomek.

H: Who is Tomek?

Me: This is my friend... he says he is on Earth to protect me... protection... and that was the case then too... he stays with me... with me at the helm.

10

H: Yes?

Me: It's getting so hot already! [a certain fragment of the transcript was omitted at the request of the author of the report] Well, let's go! Now, quickly, we are!... Me at the end and he's stumbling like that... I remember it because it was a very big experience for me.

H: And when did this happen?

Me: Well, later on, a little bit... the horse stumbles... I feel so sorry... because it's my horse... it's always with me... because it's on a stone... the stone is wet... it won't go any further... it won't go... it won't be possible to move it... it will have to be finished off and I'm very sorry... It seemed to everyone that it was about this incarnation, about something big, what I did there, but no... it was about this horse... what was more important was that here... such compassion for it.

H: For this brother Ra-Mah-ses?

Me: No! For the horse! Not for my brother, for the horse. Because it's a living creature, after all. After all, it also made a significant contribution.

H: Of course.

Me: I'm terribly sorry, but I have to hurry because it's closing time.

H: What's closing?

Me: That's it, the water needs to be turned on. They turn on (spaceships turn on water), one, two, three, four... loud bang... and that's why I asked (during the previous LBL session) how to put the water vertically, how?... how do you do that?

After this session, where the topic of aliens came up again, I decided to ask other hypnotherapists on the Institute's forum if, during their work with LBL sessions, they had encountered information about UFOs, but in a real-life context, while regressing through significant childhood events. I completely excluded the spiritual aspect. We know that there are various races in the universe, incarnations of hybrid souls, and encounters in past lives, but I was more interested in tangible evidence of UFO abductions here and now. I was told that yes, such cases do occur, and one of the hypnotherapists had experienced the same thing since childhood. Moreover, the phenomenon often runs through generations. I was also advised that if I wanted to explore the topic further, I should contact either Professor John Mack's institute or researcher David Jacobs. I don't remember which of the gentlemen I was recommended, but I didn't find anything of interest there.
Then, a few years of peace returned, until 2018, when UFO-related memories returned, this time in the context of certain conscious experiences. One night, I went to bed as usual, my daughter sleeping next to me. We live on the first floor of an apartment building. I remember something waking me up in the night, like a touch on my shoulder, and I heard in my head, "Come, come with us." It was so clear that I immediately got up and, without thinking, followed the voice. I found myself on the balcony, looked up at the sky, but saw nothing. I just felt something or someone up there, out of my sight. It was night, but I don't remember if it was a full moon or another phase of the moon, because it was quite dark. I felt a touch on my shoulder again and heard a voice, "Don't be afraid, you will come back." It was as if I were in some kind of trance. I felt a slight sense of unease, but at the same time, a great trust in the voice. The next thing I remember, I went back to bed and fell asleep.

In the morning, I felt a bit disoriented; I wasn't sure if it was a dream or reality. During the day, images and feelings from that night began to come back to me. I felt like I had dreamed something, but it wasn't a typical dream, more like a memory. I tried to forget it, but the thoughts kept coming back. I started researching alien encounters and came across several accounts of people describing similar experiences. A few days later, I had another dream in which I was on a spaceship. I remember it was very bright, but the light wasn't blinding; it was pleasant. There were beings there who seemed neutral towards me, neither friendly nor hostile. They were simply watching me. I wasn't afraid of them; I just felt like I was there for a reason.I began to wonder if these dreams were truly just dreams or something more. Ultimately, I didn't find a definitive answer, but the topic returned with renewed force. Shortly thereafter, in 2019, I had another experience. This time, while walking with my daughter, I noticed a strange light in the sky. It was daytime, so I couldn't mistake it for a star or a planet. The light was bright and moved in an unusual way, zigzagging across the sky. It stopped suddenly, then accelerated rapidly. I stood and stared at it for a long time until it finally disappeared. I didn't want to scare my daughter, so I didn't say anything, but I sensed it was more than just a random object in the sky.

After that event, I began regularly following reports of UFOs and paranormal phenomena. I also began meditating to focus more on inner peace and understanding these experiences. I noticed that the more I delved into it, the more these phenomena began to recur. I had a few more dreams about spaceships and beings, but now I wasn't as afraid of them. I felt like they were part of my life, although I still couldn't fully understand them.

11

In 2020, during one of my meditations, I had a vision in which a figure appeared, which I called "the guardian." It was a humanoid creature, but its features were more pronounced, inhuman. It told me that it was my guardian and that what was happening to me was part of a larger plan. However, it said nothing more. After this vision, I felt calmer, as if understanding of these experiences began to slowly come to me. I also began to think that these encounters might be connected to my soul and its mission on Earth.

Since then, I've had a few minor experiences with UFOs and beings, but not as intense as before. Some dreams have returned, but they were more like reminders than new encounters. I still don't know what these experiences fully mean, but I feel like what was happening had some meaning for me that I can't yet fully grasp.

In summary, my encounters with UFOs and aliens have been a theme that has haunted me since childhood and has resurfaced in various forms at various stages of my life. I no longer consider them something to fear, but rather a mystery that I may one day fully unravel.

Until now, I haven't shared these experiences with many people. Partly because I was afraid of how they would be perceived, and partly because I wasn't entirely sure what to make of it all. Sometimes these events seem unreal, as if they were just a figment of my imagination or dreams, but other moments are so vivid that I find them hard to ignore. I know the topic of UFOs and alien encounters is very controversial, but in hindsight, I see it as a part of my life that I need to confront and understand.
I also wondered if these experiences had anything to do with spirituality. I'm increasingly hearing the theory that some alien encounters may have a spiritual, rather than physical, basis. While these theories are interesting, I can't yet fully answer this question. I'm not sure if the beings I encountered are physical entities from other planets or manifestations from another dimension that are influencing our reality. Regardless of what they are, I feel my relationship with them is not accidental.

Now, at 43, I remain interested in this topic, though more as a researcher than a participant. I no longer seek answers through fear or anxiety, but rather try to approach it with an open mind and heart. I've realized that I don't have to understand everything immediately. Some things take time and patience to unfold. In the meantime, I try to enjoy what I have in my daily life and not worry about the unknown.

I don't rule out the possibility of encountering these beings again. I believe these encounters were intended to provide learning and understanding, both for me and for them. Perhaps one day I will fully understand, but for now, I'm satisfied with what I've discovered. I'm also grateful to have been able to share these experiences, and I hope they can help someone understand their own experiences related to this topic.

I also hope that in the future, science and technology will allow us to better understand these phenomena. After all, as they say, what we consider supernatural today may turn out to be scientific fact tomorrow. Who knows what other secrets the universe holds?

In closing, I would like to emphasize that no matter how incredible my experiences may seem, I am certain they were real to me. Whether they were real on a physical or spiritual level is something each person must judge for themselves.

African mythology

African mythology, while not as well-known as Greek or Norse, is equally fascinating and full of rich stories. This article explores various figures and deities from the mythologies of various African tribes and cultures, from the Dogon and Yoruba, through the Bushmen and Pygmies, to the peoples of Zaire. Readers will learn about creator gods, heroes, spirits, and demons, as well as how these figures influenced the daily and cultural lives of African communities.

African mythology

Dogon

Amma was the Supreme Being, the creator god of the universe and humanity. He was also considered the father of the Nommo twins, who were the progenitors of humanity and the creators of civilization. Amma is the object of worship, overseen by a special caste of sacrificial priests. Sometimes Amma was depicted as an egg, which existed at the beginning of the creation of the world and was the seed from which the cosmos arose.

Andumbulu - little red people, mythical pre-human tribe.

The Pale Fox – A trickster and cult hero in the mythology of the Dogon people of Mali. According to the Dogon creation myth, the creator god Amma forced the fox to bring both order and disorder to the world. The Pale Fox stole seeds from Amma and planted them in the earth that had been his mother. However, this was an act of incest, so the soil dried out and had to be cleansed. Therefore, Amma gave the humans the seeds that hadn't been stolen, and they sowed them themselves. Thus, agriculture began. The Pale Fox was banished from human society and took up residence in the forest. Wherever he went, people followed him, sowing seeds in new fields. Thus, human civilization spread throughout the world. The pawprints left in the sand by the Pale Fox are used for divination. This is said to be his way of communicating with the world.

Ginu - spirits that live under large trees and in animals.

Jurugu - the rebellious child of Amma who committed incest with her own mother, the earth.

Lebé - the ancestor, the first of the Dogon
Nommo – The creator spirit according to the Dogon people of Mali. The myth holds that in the beginning there existed a heavenly being called Amma, an egg that was the seed of the universe. Amma quivered seven times and then burst open, revealing the first Nommo, the creator spirit. He then revealed female twins and, in succession, four more pairs of Nommo. The Nommo created heaven and earth, day and night, the seasons, and human society. Responsible for transmitting the divine word to earth and heaven. They gave humanity laws and taught agriculture and cults.

Nyama – in Dogon beliefs, a force permeating nature, both living and inanimate matter. Among other peoples, this role is played by mungu, mulungu, etc.

Yeban - spirits with a large head and short limbs, living in the lower world, the entrance to which led through caves.

Yoruba Adya Ganti - in Yoruba mythology, a deity and Great Sorcerer, guardian of the cult, grandfather of Shango.

Aganju - god of the uninhabited land, father of Orangana, husband of Yemaji.

Edszu - divine messenger.

Eshu – a trickster god in Yoruba religion. A cultural hero (he gave the Ifa oracle), but also a trickster and instigator of strife. He was described as a mobile being inhabiting the vestibules of houses, crossroads, marketplaces, and other places frequently visited by people. He is said to be present at every change or exchange. He is also a link between people and heaven. In Afro-Christian religions, he was identified with the devil. He was very popular in folklore and contemporary drama.

Jemodia, Jemaja - mother of Shango.

Obatala is the creator god in Yoruba belief. He is considered the ancestor and head of all deities, known as orishas. According to legend, he created the world in four days. Obatala embodies peace and harmony in the world.

Obatalla, Ibatalla - goddess of the earth.

Odudua - goddess of the earth.

Olokun - god of the sea.

Olufan - god of the sky.
Orunmila – god of oracles (Ifa) and salvation. An omniscient deity who reveals himself through oracles. He knows the languages of all creatures and people. He was revered as the patron of divination. He was considered the eldest son of Olorun.

Orisha - in the beliefs of the Yoruba (Nigeria), Orisha was the collective name of deities, the more important of which have cult centers with priests, there are groups of their followers, special hymns of praise are sung (so-called oriki), etc. The most popular Orishas include: Obatala - a god sent from heaven by Olorun to create the world, Orunmila - the god of the Ifa oracle, patron of divination, Ogun - the god of iron, blacksmithing, and also war, and a deity named Shango.

Osh - god of the Moon.

Oya - lagoon, wife of Shango.

Shango, Shango – god of storms and lightning. A civilizing god and great sorcerer. He taught people bronze casting, the great art of the Yoruba. Also an important god in Brazilian macumba. He was renowned for his magical abilities and his valor. He ruled harshly, which led to his overthrow, after which he supposedly hanged himself from a tree. He then ascended to heaven and became the god of rain and thunder. Depictions depict him riding a two-headed bull, a symbol of lightning. His wife, Oja, was a lake that, after Shango's death, became the Niger River.

Shankpanna - god of chickenpox.

Bambara

Faro - one of the demiurges, lord of past and future waters, giver of life, speech, laws, and religion. Guardian of order in the universe, civilizing god; one of the two primordial creator spirits who, according to the Bambara people of West Africa, arose at the beginning of creation. When the twin creative forces (Gla and Dya) emerged from nothingness (Fu), Faro shaped the sky, while the spirit Pemba shaped the earth. Then they established the four fundamental directions of the compass. Life appeared on earth, so Faro descended to earth and gave birth to twins in the desert. Then the first grass grew, the first waters gushed forth, and in them appeared the first fish, which led Faro and his children to the sea. Once there, Faro brought all aquatic creatures into being. Faro created every object and creature on earth and gave them all their names. He introduced night and day, the seasons, and established order among living beings. He defined all the medicinal and ceremonial uses of plants. He also established order among mankind, giving them names and designating tribes and races. Then he returned to heaven.

Fu - in the mythology of the Bambara people of West Africa, Fu is the primordial void. The creation of the world is said to have begun with the emergence of Gla from Fu.

Gla - "The Wise One." The first thing that, according to the creation myth of the Bambara people of West Africa, emerged from Fu, the primordial void. Gal was the primordial creative force. It was said to emit the "Voice of the Void," from which its twin, Dya, emerged. From Gla and Dya sprang moist matter, like cold rust, which hardened into icy, gleaming objects that in turn filled the primordial void. The twin beings roamed their vast realm, causing a fiery wind to melt the icy bodies. In this melting, all things, silent and invisible, gained potential power. Gla and Dya withdrew their energy within themselves, and everything solidified again. Then they melted everything once more. After two further meltings, Gla established the movement that is the soul of the universe. At the same time, the contact of the two twin beings caused a cosmic explosion, during which hard, vibrating matter was precipitated. As a result of its vibrations, the symbols and names of things not yet created emerged, one after another, each of which, in its proper place, began to gently vibrate within itself. Gla then created the "foot of humanity," a symbol of human consciousness.

Pemba - one of the demiurges to whom the world owes its first order, defeated by Pharaoh.

Sumangolo - an old man who sailed across all the waters of the world.

Fans

Legba - the trickster god, divine messenger.

Meber - the creator who made man from clay, in the beginning was a lizard placed by the creator in the water, and on the eighth day the man came to the shore and said to the creator: thank you!

Nzalan - angry spirit.

Nkwa - one of the figures of the creator god.

Nzame – one of the trinity, along with Meber and Nkwa. In the beginning, Nzame created the sky and earth and claimed the heavens for himself. Then he created the sun, moon, stars, animals, and plants. Meber and Nkwa made an elephant the leader of the animals, and together with Nzame, they created a man similar to themselves. One gave the man strength, the second power, and the third beauty, and they named him Fan – meaning strength. Then they rose to the mountain where they lived. The man left behind became proud and stopped worshipping Nzame. Then he summoned Nzalan – lightning and heavenly fire engulfed the forest, and everything turned to ash. Fan did not die, but it is unknown what he turned into. Then the three gods placed new earth on the coal layer, and a tree grew, from whose leaves (depending on where they fell) came land and water animals. Then they made the man Sekume again and turned his head so that he would see death. Nzame instructed Sekume to create a woman from the tree, who was named Mbongwe. Sekume and Mbongwe were composed of the body of Gnoul, inhabited by an inner part called Nsissim. Nsissim causes shadow and makes Gnoul live; it is this shadow that departs when a person dies. Nsissim resides in the eye. Sekume and Mbongwe had three sons: Nkure, the malicious one, Sekale, the one who doesn't think, and Mefere, the good one. Mefere is the father of the Fan tribe. God imprisoned Fan, the first man, underground, but the evil Fan long carved the rock and emerged, doing all sorts of evil to mankind. Evil people, upon hearing the death bird Ngofio, become thin and die. Nzame imprisoned them in Otolan, where poverty and misfortune await them.

Bushmen and Pygmies

Dxui – the creator being of the San (Bushmen) people of southwest Africa. One version of the myth tells how on the first and second days of creation, after sunrise, Dxui was a flower and at night a man. On the third day, he was a tree with fruit, and after sunset, a man again. The next day, he became a tree with fruit hidden among the thorns. When the first woman appeared, she tried to pick the fruit. The tree disappeared, and the woman fell to the ground, crying, and died. Dxui then became a fly, water, a flower, a bird, and then a snare maker and bird eater. Soon, he became a human again, but other people hunted him. He became a large bird and flew back to his parents. When his father recognized him, Dxui became a human again. Gu – According to the traditions of the Fon people of Benin, Gu was a divine blacksmith, a culture hero, and the son of the twin creator deities Mawu and Lisa. Lisa, the male twin, took Gu to Earth and entrusted him with the task of helping mankind. He taught humans the art of ironmaking and toolmaking so they could cultivate the land, build houses, and make clothing.

Gulu - the king of heaven in Ganda.

Ifa – the West African god of order and restraint, who was sent to Earth to teach mankind the secrets of medical knowledge and prophecy. Ifa often appears in myths as the companion and opposite of the trickster god Eshu, who seeks to disrupt the proper order of things.
